Dressthetic 5-Day Return & Replacement Policy

Customers may request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible, the product must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Returns or replacements are accepted for:
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect products received

Returns are not accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered

To request a return, contact us at support@dressthetic.com within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

After approval, return instructions will be shared by our support team.
